Two air-conditioned bedrooms host up to five guests: a bright queen-size suite facing the garden and a second bedroom with a comfortable double bunk bed for three. Booking terms

Will I need to pay a deposit?

A 25% deposit of the rental amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than one month before the start of the stay. For late bookings made less than one month before arrival, the full rental amount is due when signing the rental agreement.

Is a security deposit required?

A security deposit will be requested to cover any potential damage or additional charges. Subject to a mandatory minimum for certain properties, the security deposit amount is 30% of the rental price. The security deposit may be provided by check.

What are the cancellation terms?

You will receive a full refund up to one month before the start of your stay.
